This document explains how to use the preview pages on Adpiler by end-users.

Your agency has sent you a link to a preview page with creative files. The preview page lists all your files and gives you more tools to preview files, to give feedback, and to give final approval. You don't need to have any account on Adpiler to use the preview page as a client. This document will explain you the essential and optional features on such preview page.

View your files
The preview page shows you all the files your agency is sharing with you. Use the dropdown in the header to view the files one by one. The second dropdown "Preview your ads on sites" might be enabled by your agency. When enabled, you could how your ads can look on real websites. Those websites are not realtime, but give you a good understanding about the real context.

Below the file you see multiple icons.


Permalink: Get a permalink for this individual file to direct reference
Refresh: Reload the file to see any potential animation from the start
Versions: Click to see the previous versions for this file (optional)
Approve: Give your final approval for this file

Give feedback by leaving a comment
The comment mode is an optional feature. If you don't see the option on your preview page, it's not enabled by your agency.
Click the toggle "Leave a comment" in the header to enable comment mode. When enabled, click anywhere on a file to leave a comment. After leaving a comment, you will be asked to identify yourself with your name and email address. Your agency will know who left the comment and you are able to receive an email notification when anyone replies to your comment.

Give final approval
Managing approvals is an optional feature. If you don't see the option on your preview page, it's not enabled by your agency.
To give your final approval, click the button ''Approve" in the header. Approve all files or select the individual files you want to approve. Do you want to approve just a single file? You can also use the thumb-icon below the file to give your approval for this single file.
You will be asked to identify yourself with your name and email address.

Download files
Downloading files is an optional feature. If you don't see the option on your preview page, it's not enabled by your agency.
Click the button "Download" in the header to download the files from the preview page. You have the option to download all files or just the files you select. Those files will be downloaded within a single zip-file.
