Download the files
Your campaign is filled with files. There are 2 options to download these files: from the platform and (if enabled) from the preview page.
You and your assigned team members can always download the files from the platform. Simply drill down to the campaign and click the button 'Download files' above the table with files. This will automatically start the download of all files together in a zip-file.
Downloading from the preview page is an optional setting. In some cases you prefer to disable this for your customers. From the button 'Page settings' on the platform you can disable or enable the option to download files from the preview page.
Once you have enabled downloading, any user can download the files from the preview page. The user can download all files, download all files within a group, or download an individual file.
