Setting up SSO (Enterprise plans)
Single Sign-On (SSO) is a secure and efficient method for Enterprise customers at Adpiler to handle user authentication. SSO simplifies the login process by allowing users to access multiple services with a single set of credentials managed by an identity provider, such as Okta. This guide explains how to configure SSO for your Adpiler account.
Contact Support: Start by reaching out to support@adpiler.com to express your interest in enabling SSO for your Enterprise account. Our support team will guide you through the initial eligibility and setup process.
Eligibility and Setup Approval: Once you contact support, we will review your account to ensure it meets the requirements for SSO integration. If all checks are passed, we can proceed to enable SSO for your account.
Configuration Form: After approval, you’ll need to complete the SSO settings form in your Adpiler account.

Below is a detailed explanation of the fields you need to fill out:
Login Location: This is the URL where your users will be redirected for SSO login. It typically includes your company’s specific identifier, such as https://platform.adpiler.com/sso/your-company.
SSO Only: Enabling this option will disallow users from using their email and password for login, making SSO the only method of authentication.
SSO Only for Owner: This restricts the account owner from using email and password for login, requiring SSO authentication instead.
Base URL: Enter the base URL provided by your SSO provider. This is the endpoint for SSO requests.
Client ID: This is a unique identifier provided by your SSO provider that is used to configure the SSO integration.
Client Secret: A confidential key provided by your SSO provider that authenticates interactions between your SSO provider and Adpiler.
Once you have filled out the form with the required details, click ‘Save changes’ to apply the settings. It's important to share this configuration with your IT department or the team handling your SSO provider’s setup to ensure everything is aligned.
Once SSO is set up for your Adpiler Enterprise account, adding team members follows a secure and integrated process that ensures each member’s access is aligned with your organization’s authentication policies.
Inviting Team Members: As an administrator, you'll invite new team members through the Adpiler platform. Navigate to the team management section and enter the email addresses of the individuals you wish to add.
Acceptance Link: Each invited member will receive an email containing a link to accept the invitation. This step is crucial as it begins the process of integrating their access through the SSO.
Verification with SSO Provider: Upon clicking the acceptance link, the system automatically verifies whether the user is authorized under the SSO provider linked to your organization. This ensures that only members with current credentials in your SSO system can access Adpiler.
Continuous Access Verification: It’s important to maintain security and compliance, which is why the access of each user is regularly verified. If a user is removed from your SSO provider, their access to Adpiler will automatically be revoked. This helps prevent unauthorized access and maintains the integrity of your secure environment.
By following these steps, you can ensure that all team members added to your Adpiler account are authenticated according to your enterprise security standards, keeping your campaigns and data secure.
